The first thing you need to do is preheat your oven to 350 degrees Farenheit. While it's heating up, grease your 10-inch, glass baking dish and sprinkle roughly two tablespoons of sugar over the bottom. Then pour in the cherries and spread them out into a single layer. Put this to the side until you've finished with the yummy batter!
Now you can mix the eggs, sugar and salt, while slowly stirring in the flour. Once it's all combined, add the milk, vanilla extract, almond extract and stir until it's mixed thoroughly! Lastly mix in the melted butter and pour it all over the cherries in the baking pan. Bake it for 40-45 minutes and top with powdered sugar before serving the yummy treat to your excited family!
