Harout's goal is to make exercising on the treadmill fun, not mundane. Many people complain that running or walking a treadmill is boring.
Even if they're watching television at a fitness center or listening to their favorite playlist while working out, exercisers sometimes struggle to keep their motivation up. But trying what Harout does helps pep things up a bit for sure.
When he hops on the treadmill in the video below, he stretches for a bit then as it moves, he begins dancing and moving to the percussion part of the song. His routine involves twists and turns, spins and jumps, a few body rolls and a couple of tiptoe runs.
Harout even walks and dances backward on the treadmill while it keeps moving the opposite direction. He throws in a little air boxing for good measure, too.
