The Clairvoyants' Act On AGT Leaves Judges Dumbfounded

When The Clairvoyants competed on season 11 of America's Got Talent, they finished as runner-up to singer Grace VanderWaal. The loss fueled them to work even harder on their act.
They took a few years to revamp and the result is absolutely mind blowing. Thommy Ten and Amelie van Tass have been performing together as an Austrian magician and mentalist duo since 2011, but their latest appearance on America's Got Talent: The Champions, was astounding.
"It pushed us. We spent all that time working on our performance."
The camera opens up and shows a darkened auditorium with The Clairvoyants facing each other, him dressed in a black suit and tie, and she in a navy blue glittering gown. They were inspired to create this particular act after receiving fan mail inquiring about the judges' love lives.
Thommy and Amelie invited the judges to join them on stage, a request they obliged. The judges were instructed to imagine their dream date.
Simon and Heidi accompanied Thommy to a table laden with 100 different postcards from cities around the world and different scented candles. Simon was instructed to pick one city for his dream date and, without showing it to anyone, slip it into a white envelope and return to the table.
Heidi was directed to pick a candle, place it in a white gift bag, then return to her spot at the table. Amelie blindfolded herself for the selection process and Thommy turned away so he couldn't see.
Howie was advised to pick the ideal gift he would present to his dream date and write the word on a white erase board, placing it face down on the judges' table when he was done. Mel B was left standing alone on stage.
Thommy handed her a shimmering box and instructed her to return to the table with the box, but not to open it. Once seated, the judges were asked to imagine their dream date based upon the choices they had made and to send their thoughts to Amelie.
She removed her blindfold and prepared to impress everyone. She first zoned in on Heidi and correctly guessed the scented candle that Heidi had chosen.
The crowd couldn't believe she was right! Then Amelie turned her attention to Simon and guessed the city he had chosen -- Simon was stunned!
"I'm going to be honest with you. I did pick somewhere different and at the last moment I changed it to....."
Howie's word choice of the ideal gift to take on a date had everyone cracking up. Always the funny guy, he had written down "pants" -- and Amelie got it right!
Mel B was asked to open the box and share with everyone what was inside. It was a remote control.
"We saved the best for last..."
Mel B pressed play and upon the large screen appeared a video featuring Thommy, who instructed everyone to watch closely. There was just one more surprise left in their act, which took place on the rooftop...
It's no wonder that the mind-blowing ending to their act left jaws on the floor!
