Bullying on social media is becoming a real problem for students. Oftentimes, students will bully on social media before they will bully at school. The online bullying that one seventeen-year-old girl experienced was enough to cause an outbreak at her high school that has now gone completely viral. Apparently, this student had decided that she had had enough.
After a verbal confrontation between the girl and the bully, both students are shown in the video below physically fighting. According to the witnesses, things became heated after the boy threw water onto the girl as she confronted him. That's when an onlooker pulled out their cell phone and recorded the girl totally holding her own - and it was not long before the video caught the attention of jiu-jitzu fighter, Kit Dale.
Though the incident has caused division among the students and parents of the school, Kit Dale wanted to bring the issue to light because of his own experience being bullied as a kid. After he posted the video to his own Facebook page, Kit Dale remarked that "If you don't have anywhere to back away, sometimes you're going to need that to protect yourself." Afterward, disciplinary measures and precautions were taken as the male student sustained injuries to the face. The whole story can be viewed in the video below.
